At first, I felt pressure from the bandage for how many days or two? After a tiring day, I was doing very well, taking care of the kids, doing pastimes, and doing housework. Since I had surgery on the bottom, I was able to move my arms very easily! A week after the surgery, I had the stitches removed and had Smartlux and high-frequency treatment as aftercare. I was told I had to wear a correction bra for a month, so I did that!! After the aftercare, the lumps and stiffness were less and it felt much lighter^^ It made me want to buy that machine and use it every day at home^^ Should I even rent it? Hahaha Even after the 3rd week, I went to see the director and reported the progress and continued the same aftercare. !!^^ I heard that a lot of people extend their aftercare, so I can't help but wonder if I should try that too~ I can sleep easily and feel so soft, it's just my style^^
  Week 4!!! It's finally been a month!!! It's the week that I stop drinking alcohol^^ Wow!! I won't be able to drink it anytime soon because it's a waste of what I've endured so far, but it still feels really good^^ Now, I've changed the bra from a shaper bra to a sports bra^^I haven't been able to wear it yet because of the holidays, but I'll change to a SBR when I go^^ Escape from the hell of the hook. Dani~ Glory, glory, glory~~~~ Cham Cham Cham!!!!!
 I had an observation class at my kids' school before the holidays, so I wore a tight-fitting knit and a skirt. Not only did all the moms look at me, but even after I left, my classmates envied my child and told me that your mom has become more like a girl.^^ Surgery It's worth it^^ It's really hard to be a confident and cool mom in front of your kids, isn't it?? But I think I achieved it through this surgery!! Not just because my breasts got bigger, but because my breasts became more beautiful, I started to love myself more and take better care of myself.^^ I will never be the generous old lady I used to be again! In order not to go back to being an old lady with low self-esteem, I went on a diet today, put on exercise clothes, went to the gym, and rode a bike^^ Happiness is not far away!!
