They said they couldn't do it haha. They said they couldn't refund the full amount, and the reason was because it was the hospital's policy and I had already agreed to
the non-refundable policy. Haha. I also made an appointment for surgery and suddenly canceled it, so I was sorry. I did, but I never made a reservation for a small amount because the entire amount was non-refundable ㅠㅠ But the staff said they would connect me to the manager and made me wait, and even though I called several times, they said no. ㅇㅇ had already agreed to non-refundability ㅠㅠ I'm only using it ㅠㅠ

contacted Sobowon, they said I could get a 90% refund before 3 days. They say that signing the hospital refund contract has no legal effect, so if they don't refund you, I'm planning to file a claim for damage relief.

나도 예전에 D병원에서 예약금 걸어놓고 기다리다가
하도 후기가 안좋아서 도저히 수술 받을수없을것같아서 취소하고 예약금 돌려받으려고했는데 실장이 예사 글처럼 똑같이 반응하더라고
그래서 병원 찾아가서 직접 대면해서 따지고, 녹음하고 소보원에 상담받아서 해결책듣고 똑같이했더니 10퍼센트 떼고 나중에 돌려받았어.
