<It’s snow>1. After undergoing epicanthoplasty and incisional double eyelid surgery at this hospital, I developed wrinkles, pulling of the front hair, and painful symptoms.
 
2. When I asked to make an appointment to see the doctor regarding this, they refused to make an appointment, saying that they had seen me in the beginning. They didn't make a reservation at the desk and told me to make a reservation through the manager.
 
3. I asked the director to make an appointment because I thought the surgery was wrong, but he refused to make an appointment, saying I had seen him before. He told me to tell him because he would deliver it to me. It is my right to see medical treatment, but when I asked why they passed it on for me and did not schedule the treatment, the director said that was what he did and that he would not schedule the treatment.
 
4. Even though I visited for the 6th month due to eye discomfort, they did not schedule a treatment and did not see me urgently. When I asked to see a doctor because of discomfort in my eyes, the director of the hospital concluded that there was nothing wrong with my eyes, even though it was not his eyes. Even if you complain of eye discomfort, they do not treat you urgently and make you a medical appointment for a month later, as you wish.
 
5. I managed to hold on and went to see him, but he refused treatment because he wouldn’t take pictures.
