Hello! I decided to get a nose surgery and worked hard to find a hospital, searched through every single one of them, and finally completed the surgery. It's been a month and about 3 weeks now. When looking for a hospital to have surgery, you can ask around and get advice, but for those who don't, the only answer is to search through cafes or apps. It's going to be really overwhelming. Feel the same way, so try using some tips when going to a consultation or choosing a hospital! I am very satisfied with my nose right now
 

1. Analyzing my face and nose shape
 
This is really the most important thing. Even if the nose shape is what I want, it may not match my face, and it doesn't look 100% as shown in the photo I took. If it looked the same, everyone would have had plastic surgery. Nose surgery has the most variables. That's why you need to know as much about your face as possible, including everything from your face shape to your eye shape, the harmony between your nose and other features, the length of your philtrum, the length and width of your nose, and the thinness of your skin.

I need to know my own needs well, exactly what my shortcomings and feelings I want to improve by taking pictures of my face are. That way, I can perform the surgery accurately and increase satisfaction by targeting only the areas I want to improve without fluttering like a fluttering ear.

You can choose a hospital based on this. For example, if my nose is a curved nose, I would search for ‘medicinal nose specialist’ and include hospitals written by brokers in comments or frequently mentioned in posts as candidates. 2. When I receive a consultation, I record it rather than write it down. I
 
went to 20 places and wrote it down on a notepad, but when I look at it in person, I can't remember my exact feelings except for the price. So, I recommend recording rather than taking notes. If you consult a consultant, you will see that there are many different types of hospitals. Usually, the consultation progresses in the order of director-director-director, but I ask the director all the needs I'm curious about, and it's useless to ask the director anyway. The person who performs the surgery is the director!!!!!

However, what the manager looks at is attitude. Pay close attention to whether they do not force you to pay a reservation fee, and whether they are aware of the risks of nose surgery and guide you carefully, or whether they guide you like it is no big deal. If it's the latter, ignore it, no matter what. However, the probability of difference before and after follow-up management or deposit is 100%.

Um, and… The use of materials will vary depending on what the hospital is pursuing, but if you really listen, you may be confused because you don't know what is correct. In that case, look at the review photos (not the app, but the ones shown by the doctor on the computer at the hospital) really carefully. If you take a picture with a basic digital camera and look at the most explicit part, you can see whether the shape matches the direction you want. A unique feeling when using materials is what I want! Then you have to go there, or you have to go somewhere else. The most important things are appearance and safety.

After listening to the recording, be sure to organize the amount/ingredients/feel, etc. at home.
 

3. There is no need to make a deposit on the day. It is never too late to think about it and make a decision later.

9. A place where you can be satisfied with safety and appearance rather than price! Please don't be fooled by the discount event price. It's all just a gimmick! Even if there is a discount, make sure to check whether the place is safe and whether the shape matches what you are looking for.
 
10. I am unusual in that I make sure to check how many surgeries the doctor performs per day. If there are more than 2 cases, it is unconditionally filtered.

Regardless of whether it is a large hospital or a small hospital, keep an eagle eye on the waiting area and check carefully to see if there are people preparing for surgery or wearing splints to see the progress. During my consultation, I had someone wear a splint and come to see the progress on the first day, so I felt very reassured and had faith in it. I
