편안한 분위기 속에서 하나씩 차근차근 알려주시는게 좋았고, 영업적으로 이것 저것 하라고 하는게 아니라 진심을 다해서 환자를 보시는 느낌이 강했음. 그리고 부작용 등에 대한 상세한 설명과, 어떻게 하면 부작용이 안생기는지 등을 알아듣기 쉽게 설명해주셔서 아 이분은 정말 경력이 많고 사람들이 많이 이야기를 하는 이유가 있구나 하는 생각이 들었음.
