Even excluding the attitude aspect, I think there were many problems. Even though I went for calf surgery, they didn’t look at my calf. Throughout the consultation, the consultation was conducted only with pictures of the calf taken, and the actual calf was never seen or touched. The surgery was pushed back, so I changed into surgical clothes and waited for 3 hours. After 3 hours, we met, only looked at pictures, spoke briefly, and left. The surgery may or may not be effective, but I wonder what it would have been like if there had been at least the sincerity to look at it in detail.
