I had the surgery 10 years ago, but I recently had surgery at a hot hospital to lose weight during the coronavirus pandemic, and I found out that the doctor did a great job of removing it smoothly. It was a shame that the scar remained a bit large, but it was so smooth that I couldn't imagine what the bumps and adhesions were like. It seems like the water spray method was good and had no side effects, but hospitals don't use water jet equipment these days.
