I went for eye revision surgery, and the person was friendly and I felt very professional. I'm still worried, but I think I'll do it here... There wasn't much waiting time.
The friendly counselor identified the eye problem and then suggested a solution. I definitely got the feeling that he was friendly, but I wasn't sure so I was worried.
The consultation was kind and helpful.
There was no excessive advice and the consultation was made at ease!
It's my first surgery so I'll have to think about it!!!!!!
I went to get a consultation for eye revision surgery, and the director was very kind. The consultation director was also kind! But there were a lot of people so it took a while to wait.
(Good review) A long time ago, I had eye surgery done at PR by someone other than Dr. Noh Kyung-hwan. It was a reoperation, and for five years after this surgery, I felt the stitches inside my eye and suffered a lot from pain. I was too busy, and I mistakenly thought that fat would build up above the threads over time, so I tried to turn my eyes over at the ophthalmologist and failed... They told me that the problems that arose after double eye surgery would not be solved anyway without reoperation, but I didn't want to have reoperation, so I didn't go and endured it, but I couldn't stand it any longer, so I reported it to PR. I visited the hospital after 5 years.
At the time, the director and director who helped me with my surgery were not at PR, so I spoke with CEO Noh Kyung-hwan instead. After carefully listening to my symptoms, he said that a plastic surgeon would be better at turning the eye over than an ophthalmologist, so he turned my eye over on the operating table to check it, and immediately cut off the confirmed stitches. The reason was that the stitches from the first surgery caused pain in the eye structure that had been altered by the reoperation, so the shape of the eye did not change even after the stitches were removed.
Now, for the first time in 5 years, my eyes no longer hurt. Haha,
he even prescribed antibiotics... While I was explaining the symptoms, what did the director think? Even though there were a few instances where people thought that the stitches at our hospital weren't the same, they took into account things like the nature of the threads that would change over a period of 5 years and resolved the issue first without telling me. Based on the confirmed facts, it is the stitches from the time of the first surgery. He explained it to me and even showed me the stitches he had pulled out. In fact, I wasn't even sure that I could find the stitches and solve them until I analyzed the symptoms at the consultation stage, but it seemed like he didn't even mention this fact before I mentioned it first and wanted to confirm it first before speaking. (Later, when I went to another hospital and received another consultation, I talked about this and the director there explained that there is a high possibility that the stitches from the previous surgery can be removed only through an incision. Fortunately, the stitches protruded properly and were cut off without an incision. )
I am very grateful to the director who took responsibility for the problems that arose at my hospital and was sincerely concerned and helpful so that the patients would not be anxious.
Well... I like flashy things, but
the director's goals are different from mine, so I was a little disappointed.
However, if you like natural things,
I recommend it. Without making excessive recommendations, he picks out only what you need, recommends it, and provides detailed consultation.
During the consultation, the director greeted me very warmly, so I remember it. I also remember that he actively explained things during the consultation.
I went through a referral from a friend, and the consultation was really friendly and good. I was worried because it was my first surgery, so I had a lot of questions, and my mom next to me also asked a lot of questions, and she answered well, so I guess it was okay!!!
