[Double Jaw] Malocclusion + asymmetric bimaxillary

I don't regret having the surgery, but since I spent a lot of money, I hoped the asymmetry would be completely improved... The asymmetry still remains, but it's not as disgusting as my face before the surgery. The left side of my face was originally angular and large. The right side of my face was small with no chin. Since my skull was so distorted and my face had a severe asymmetry overall, I didn't have high expectations for the aftermath of the surgery, but one side of my chin is still bothering me. My occlusion is slightly misaligned, so I plan on getting post-operative treatment.
