I put a protruding mouth and a crooked tooth through extraction of 8 teeth, 4 each of the premolars and wisdom teeth, but I cant see well because of the small nose... And it looks like the nasolabial part is going in more than before ㅠㅠ The mouth is smaller and the tongue space is fuller than before... I am satisfied with the alignment, but I think a protruding nose is also important.
