I am planning protruding mouth surgery aso

My lips protruded a lot. In fact, from the leaf, it doesn't seem to protrude that much, but from the side, it resembles the nose line. When I uploaded the picture to Intellectual, the director of plastic surgery said that the tip of the chin is slightly developed compared to the protruding mouth, so it doesn't look very protruding. Actually, I have lived well with this mouth, and when I saw it from the front, I didn't know it well, so I lived my life thinking that I looked good in my own way, but sometimes when I take pictures of my side profile, I look so ugly and my chin looks long.
