I started getting clear braces at X Dental Clinic in Gangnam Station around 2015. At that time, at a young age, I started the hell of orthodontic treatment by entering a Facebook event at a price that was not cheap. Furthermore, they did not answer the phone when I called my family's phone number. When I claimed that this was a blocking, I was sued as it was also false. 5: I asked for a medical record sheet several times, but they refused, saying it was difficult to issue it on the same day. Furthermore, on November 13, 2020, on a windy early winter day, they made me wait outside for 30 minutes, saying they would give me a medical record sheet. They suddenly refused to give it to me, so I went to see them and asked, "Why can't you give it to me?" Hani: I was made to wait another 10 minutes because I was in the customer service department, and when I made excuses and asked for my medical records three times, the female counselor said I was scared and called the police to threaten me. When I was there, I was in contact with KakaoTalk, and I requested a consultation with the doctor in charge to inquire about defects in the device and problems with the interproximal area, but the patient called and said that he could not consult because I did not answer the phone, even though I clearly knew that he was overseas. Neglected 7: They did not explain the retainer properly at the start of correction, and even though they said there would be no additional cost for future retainers when paying at once, they suddenly asked for the cost of a fixed retainer and mentioned something that was not even mentioned before the start of braces. So I don't believe it. When I quickly asked for 1 million won, which is the part I paid for the maintenance device in advance, he said he would give me 10 fixtures or we made a mistake and would give him a refund for the fixture as well, and started business. I tried to file a legal dispute through the Consumer Protection Agency and legal counsel, but the deputy director said Pretending to be generous, they refunded the money that should have been paid, minus the 1.5% credit card fee. The hospital reported this to the police station as if they had done their best. 8: I suffered a lot from interdental removal, but I was unable to brush my teeth. So I took a video of my teeth brushing for about 7 days and sent it to the doctor, but of course the doctor couldn't tell me about brushing my teeth. Why am I really good at brushing my teeth? No treatment was given to relieve the symptoms, and they only told me to wear a device and brush my teeth diligently. 9: One time, as soon as I visited the hospital, I brushed my teeth with the toothbrush provided by the hospital, and of course, I had a cheap disposable toothbrush, so I couldn't brush it well. Even if you try, there is bound to be plaque left. He brought this to me and said, "Look, I can't brush my teeth properly. Why don't you brush your teeth when you come to the dentist? I was so upset that I brushed my teeth for more than 3 minutes as soon as I got there, so I asked the desk staff if I had brushed my teeth." ,.It was truly absurd. Of course, I asked the desk clerk at the time for a toothbrush to brush my teeth, and the clerk didn't say anything because I told him that he had already taken the toothbrush from xxx and brushed his teeth. 10: Isn’t it a rule that the doctor in charge gives corrective devices before giving them to the patient? The hospital in question has assistants who use the device, and even in the transcript, they say things like, "Our kids made a mistake during the inspection"... It's really the worst. Because of that device, the inside of my gums and cheeks were completely bleeding and torn. At that time, I had to go to the hospital and get a medical certificate. It was at least 7 days before the tooth decay,,,, but the deputy director of the hospital saw the old thing inside the gum and tried to ignore it as if it was no big deal. Also, the counselor doesn't have to say a word of apology, and just sharpens the sharp parts of this device in a red-and-white manner, right? It was like this, so I asked where the doctor in charge was because I was full, and he said he comes 1 day a week,,,, as expected, the pay doctor,,, so the patient got hurt and there was no apology? I'm sorry now, okay?
