I was worried because I heard that braces would make my face look a bit longer, but they told me that braces would be meaningless if I continued in this condition and that it would only get worse in the future, so I decided to go for it. After making the decision, I looked for a place that was famous for jaw correction, so I was glad that I didn't get mugged. At first, I took an MRI for general treatment/when I put something in my mouth/when I open my mouth, got an impression of the tooth structure, and got splints fitted. . I found it very trustworthy that not only the director but also other doctors and dental hygienists (?) below were brought in to look at the MRI pictures and each person gave their opinions and explained the results. The cost was 30,000 won for the first 200 visits plus 30,000 won per visit, not a monthly fee, so I thought it was quite expensive for a splint that usually costs 80 to 120, but now that I think about it, I think it's a good price because it includes additional splints and other medical expenses. For treatment, I visit once every 2 weeks to 1 month to check the condition of the jaw and correct the splints by cutting them to reflect changes in body balance. He taught me some exercise(?) and massage methods, and gave me herbal extracts(?). It felt a bit fake, but it didn't cost extra... and it wasn't bad for my body, so I just thought I was getting closer to the director. I did it, but I just did as I was told, and it got better. I don't know if it really works. I get new splints every 3-4 months, and I just got my 3rd splint. When I compare the before and after pictures, my chin has gotten a lot longer and more forward, so I don't like it for the aesthetics, but if I'm going to focus on aesthetics, I think losing weight is the priority . Above all, it hurts less when I eat something, and I'm so glad that the headaches I used to get from time to time have disappeared.
