Next week will be 10 months since I had the surgery.
I had both my maxilla and chin surgery, and it was non-corrective.
The reasons I decided on the surgery were because of my concerns about my slightly protruding teeth, long face, square jaw, and blunt chin. I heard that the maxilla moved 5.8mm / mandible moved 9.1mm backwards, and my face length decreased by 7-8mm after the surgery. Even though
I had major surgery on my maxilla, as time has passed, I've forgotten about it now.
The swelling has gone down a lot and my sensation has returned!
Up until 6~7 months, I still had some residual swelling and my cheeks looked round, but now that feeling is gone.
The surgical effect is natural.
If I don’t say anything, people probably won’t think I had
double jaw surgery . And I’m satisfied with that part because it seems to match my facial proportions.
When I looked into it before the surgery, there were cases where the chin was excessively inserted and the proportions of the midface and chin were better before the surgery,
so I was worried that I might be in that situation, but fortunately I’m satisfied.
And I was also worried about sagging skin, but I haven’t had any at all
because I don’t have much fat on my face and my skin itself is plump.
However, I did have a slight double chin, but it was only a little bit compared to before the surgery when I had no chin fat at all, so it’s not something to worry about.
Anyway, this is the current situation, and I looked up a lot of reviews before the surgery, so I hope my post was of some help!
Then, I’ll wait and see and write another review when I get the chance! I hope everyone will do their best to find out more and
get good results as they work hard to get the surgery~
