The fourth is a nose spread. In the process of cutting the upper jaw, it is said that there is no choice but to touch the septum of the nose and trim it . I had severe nose swelling and asymmetry in my nostrils. As the swelling went down, it got better little by little, but it's true that it spread and the shape got weirder than before. You may not be able to use the most preferred and safe nasal septum. Please note that first of all, if you want to be aesthetically satisfied with this surgery itself, it must be a really serious case. There are a lot of sagging skin + cheeks + cheek dents + paresthesia + nose swelling, nose deformity (kebake), so you need to think that additional plastic surgery or procedures (lifting, fat transplant, fillers), etc. are just It is possible to live, but it is difficult to be aesthetically satisfied. I recommend that only those who have to do it because of their face shape and malocclusion enough to accept the above side effects.
