When I was in a lot of pain, I took Tylenol and it helped. What was really difficult about braces was that it was difficult to eat things like radish radish or chicken with my teeth. And since it is transparent, it changes color when I eat curry or mustard, so I don't eat it. Food with curry in it also changes color. Lastly, I worked hard to get the retainer at first because they told me to do it all day, but as time goes by, it gets really annoying. But after a year, I was told to only do it before going to bed, so now I only do it at night. If you don't wear your retainer for even a day, you will feel your teeth becoming crooked. It's important to keep doing it! And it's best to be careful not to break the retainer. My friend said he broke it 4 times. The retainer costs a separate fee, but it's more expensive than you think. If you don't eat while wearing the retainer, it won't break much. Although it was uncomfortable and difficult during the correction, I am really satisfied now and have more confidence in smiling than before.
