I lived with baby teeth until I was 30 because my permanent teeth didn't grow in, but then I got implants because I reached my limit. If I remember correctly, it was roughly a 3D model of my existing teeth, extraction, and implant transplant. What's impressive is that I didn't feel any pain during the process. Except for a brief sting when I was anesthetized, I didn't feel any pain during the entire process, which I was worried about. It's been about 6 months since I had the implant, and I haven't had any issues. I highly recommend it.
