hello! I had double jaw surgery, square jaw, and front jaw revision surgery at the end of May! I'm writing this review because I think it would be helpful. At some point in early May, I started feeling tense in my lower jaw and had pain in my temporomandibular joint when I chewed food, so I thought it might be due to my protruding jaw, and I wondered if the orthodontic treatment I had in my mid-20s was wrong. I decided to have double jaw surgery and made an appointment for a consultation. Since double jaw surgery is risky and I wanted to achieve both functional and aesthetic benefits, I looked into double jaw surgery rather than plastic surgery. I decided to get consultations from two hospitals and received consultations from Waigu Kangak Surgery. After consulting with the director and manager, I felt trustworthy and trustworthy, so I made an appointment with a deposit on the same day! I'm a fat person living in Busan, so I think I woke up at 5 a.m. on Saturday, the day of the consultation, and left.  I've had a very protruding chin since I was young, but I couldn't dare to have double jaw surgery due to the fear and cost burden, so I resorted to orthodontic treatment and contouring surgery. I tried to see if I could treat my protruding chin even a little, but it only made my chin stand out more and did not solve the protruding chin. This is how I felt when I went for a consultation. I am already 34 years old, and during the consultation, I was told that double jaw surgery would be difficult. When I heard about it, I went there with the mindset that I shouldn't just live half-heartedly, but the teacher happily(?) said it was possible. I studied a lot on YouTube, so I think the consultation was completed in a short time and I was able to set a surgery date. And I was a re-operation who had undergone contour surgery. I knew the surgery fee was more expensive, but the director in charge adjusted the price reasonably, so I think it lessened the burden (thank you so much ㅠ) I woke up after the surgery with sedative anesthesia, and honestly, there was no pain at all, but the sedative anesthesia gas was used. It was really painful to have to endure so much sleep because I had to come out, and to not be able to take a sip of water while my mouth and throat were burning. I think this was the best pain from double jaw surgery. I used to breathe through my nose, but my nose was clogged with blood and my mouth was covered in blood. I think it was harder to breathe because it was connected. If you have trouble breathing through your mouth before surgery, I recommend that you practice breathing through your mouth. After receiving permission to drink water, I hungrily drank water with a syringe, but did not drink and only wet my mouth. The day went by like that, repeating dozing off and waking up. I'm also grateful to the nurses who worked hard every morning to change the ice pack, empty my urine, and check my blood pressure. I couldn't express my gratitude because I couldn't speak. The stuffy nose gradually disappeared from the 5th day and I felt more comfortable < Swelling> Personally, I think the swelling was at its peak on the 4th to 5th day. The doctor told me the day before the 31st that it would swell even more, but I had no idea it would be this bad. My face feels like it's going to explode. I 'm continuing to apply ice packs, but I can't handle the swelling. My face felt like it was going to explode, and I thought I would die from the swelling if I didn't go for a walk, so I went for a little walk at night. I don't know if it was because of the swelling, but I also had a bit of a headache. This was a day when I kept feeling like my jaw was falling out. When I lowered my head while sleeping. I felt like it was the wafer or my chin that kept falling forward every time. I think the biggest discomfort comes from the food I eat, but before removing the wafer, I only drank water-based juice or New Care isotonic drinks, so in the second week, I took the wafer out and started drinking something like porridge. They said I could eat it, so I'm still only eating soft porridge-like food. The only thing that's uncomfortable is that I don't think there's anything special about it, other than food intake. I still have severe swelling in the philtrum, around the nose, and in the front chin, and the chin area doesn't have much swelling because it used to have no fat. I think it 's the same . My parents tell me that my face has gotten smaller and my chin has gotten smaller. I still can't tell when I look in the mirror, but it's surprising that people around me look the same way. My biggest concern is that my square jaw on the left and right are still different, but I was relieved to hear that it's gradually getting better.  Personally, I think the reason for the delayed recovery is because of my age, but I regret doing it when I was even a year younger. It's amazing how my face changes day by day as the swelling goes down, and the shape and feeling of my lips gradually come back.
