5 months have already passed,,,
I am eating well, moving around well, and living very well.
In fact , I am noticing
that the fat on my face has increased because I am eating so well.
Haha, the 6 kg I lost when I was prohibited from chewing right after the orthognathic surgery
has almost been recovered...
To maintain my skin's elasticity,
I go to the gym every day and get a pet tea!!
Do thorough home care with a mask pack at home...
really!! Every time I use a mask pack, I realize that my face has gotten a little smaller, and
I'm still amazed every time I do it!!
I also had square jaw surgery, and
it looks very natural and delicate... .
Before and after 5 months before and
after double jaw surgery I would like to say that the biggest change for me
was a change in mindset..!
Sadly, facial asymmetry and a distorted facial shape due to protruding lips
resembled my life.
You know very well that
in a society where external appearance is so important that it can be called specifications... A thought that automatically comes to mind when you meet someone for the first time in a back-and-forth human relationship

The negative trauma of thinking , ‘Oh, my first image was ruined because of my face shape, it must be weird’
was deeply rooted.
Since I wasn't confident,
I had no choice but to face it for the first time in a passive attitude...
Even when taking pictures with acquaintances,
I avoided any place that didn't show my left face. Those were frustrating and sad times.
These days are so different from 5 months ago
. Now, I feel like I am loved,
noticed, and precious
everywhere . I've probably been that kind of person since long ago!!
I may have been unable to recognize myself and
tried to avoid it
due to my complex . Anyway, after the surgery, I became mentally healthy, bright and courageous, and now I have a sense of responsibility to make my life pretty...!!!
When I take pictures with my friends and family,
when I find myself
laughing and freely taking pictures from different angles,
I automatically smile!!
I'm having a happy day, so
don't hesitate and let's become pretty and happy together!!
