This is the person who underwent aso surgery in early 2020. Once every few months, Seongyesa comes and answers the piled up notes and replies as he knows. It's called broker distinction, but I'm more uncomfortable with this. It's always easier to say respectful words. First of all, there is an article I wrote about 2 years ago, 'Review 9 months after ASO surgery', so if you want to see it, refer to it, and this time I will write a 3rd year review. It's been almost exactly 3 years now. 1. Why are you writing a review? There are many reviews of two jaw surgery, but there is really little information about ASO compared to two jaw surgery. Even when I was undergoing surgery, I searched here and there, including Seongyesa, but there was no information or reviews of people who had undergone surgery. I know it only after receiving it myself, but there are few reviews like that, so I trusted my choice and just received it. And when I had the surgery, I thought, 'Later, I'll have to post some information after I get the surgery'. That's why even three years after the surgery, he always comes back every few months to leave a comment or reply to a message. I don't write because I have to write a review after getting a discount for surgery, I just write because I want to share information. 2. Are there side effects of ASO? Not to mention, appendectomy can also lead to death, so how can there be no side effects? There is no surgery without side effects. However, what you guys are curious about is probably something like 'doesn't there be a problem with eating or something like eating instead of dying from surgery?' The condition nine months after the surgery is in the previous article, so refer to that. - Are your nerves back? Somatically, 95% of the gingival nerve? About 90% of the skin on the chin? It doesn't seem to recover further here. So are you uncomfortable? No it's not like that. You know right away no matter what you put on it and you can feel the temperature. After half a year to a year after the surgery, it seems to be 90% recovered, but at first it can feel a bit awkward because of that 10%. So very little I can feel everything, but it feels a little different than before the surgery. But after living like this for a few more years, I got used to it, so I couldn't even think of 'That's right, before I had the surgery, I felt a little different than I do now'. I'm just used to it now so I don't care. Just because 10% is lacking, you can say 'Ah, then you're saying that you feel less?' It's not that kind of concept. Even when I get a pimple on my chin, it hurts so bad lol It's not that kind of concept, it's just that the feeling is slightly different from before. Anyway, I have no problems and no complaints in my daily life. The conclusion is, 'unless there is a medical accident somewhere, there is no need to worry about the inconvenience of not being able to recover nerves' is my evaluation. - No rotting gums or palate? It doesn't rot. Necrosis of the palate is a side effect that was used only in the classic surgical method used when aso came out not long ago, and now there is no need to worry about such side effects in the first place, so there is no need to worry~ - How about chewing food ? chewing something hard What, for example, Altari radish kimchi? There's nothing wrong with chewing on that. Of course, after the surgery, I don't intentionally chew with only the front teeth, but slightly with the canine teeth on the side. However, very hard things are not chewed at all with only the front teeth. For example, something like thick frozen chocolate. So, to conclude, it seems that up to 90% of the strength before the surgery is definitely coming back. I said it before when I was talking about nerves, but how can it be 100% the same as it was before surgery... that's ridiculous. However, even if only 90% returns, there is no discomfort in eating fairly hard food in everyday life, so there is no need to worry about this side either. same. I don't think it's going to come back to 90% in one year. To be precise, the doctor says that it will recover to its previous strength in about four months, but that's theoretical and it's comfortable to think that I can't use my front teeth for half a year after surgery because my front teeth tingle when I actually chew. So, medically, everything has been recovered, but the nerves have not recovered? That's why when I chew hard things, I feel tingling, and I also feel anxious (I'm afraid my gums + front teeth will break), so I don't chew anyway. - How does your mouth and chin feel? Um~ Certainly after the surgery, something is structural about my mouth? chin? There is a sense of heterogeneity that has changed a little. Again, because some parts of my body have disappeared or moved. But it's not like this difference is uncomfortable or anything like that. It's just a literal sense of difference. Of course, it's not that this interferes with daily life, or that it's difficult or painful because of it, but if you ask, "Is it the good side or the bad side?", it's a bad feeling. However, because of this, I don't have any idea that I'm concerned about my daily life or anything like that. If you're worried about aso in the first place, no one will change their mind saying that they shouldn't undergo surgery because of such a small side effect or sense of heterogeneity . I'll tell you in advance. I had aso and chin surgery together. I reduced it a little more with chin tip reduction surgery. Consider the benefits and see. I've gained more than 15kg in the past 3 years after surgery, but I do have a slight double chin. Someone saw this and said, 'Isn't it because you gained weight? Is it because of the surgery?' no. Surgery definitely has an impact. So, if you gain weight after getting surgery, you will get 15 double chins, which will increase by 10. This influence is definitely there. However, it doesn't mean that you gain 10kg more weight, or that you're overweight in the first place (if you're fat, you probably already have a double chin before getting fat), but if you can just exercise and manage it steadily after surgery, then you probably don't have to worry about a double chin. I'm not in a situation where I'm stressed with a double chin right now, and to be honest, almost everyone has a double chin like this. (I lived as a skinny person all my life until right before surgery, so I didn't have a double chin. But I got it because I gained close to 20kg after undergoing surgery, bulking up, and working out.) -What I want to say to people preparing for surgery I think I wrote it, but I'll try to jot down a few more. ① Don't get surgery right away just because you've saved up all the money for the surgery, save up enough money for the surgery + extra money, and do the surgery. Right after the surgery, it was difficult and painful, and I spent more than 10 million won, but I didn't look good right away, and the current hit came out properly. Also, I heard that there are people who are craving for loans and pay back the money while receiving surgery and post-surgery care, but I personally hope not. Think of it as a surgery you get when you can afford it. Don't even get surgery by borrowing money. ② This surgery will definitely fix your appearance complex, but it won't make you handsome. If you really care, you're all handsome and your nose is pretty, but you hate your mouth, you'll get better after this surgery. But if your boss is ordinary or ugly, or if your nose is ordinary or ugly, you get this surgery? Ha-gwan-man has a good ratio of ordinary men and women & ugly men haha.. Ha-gwan's ratio is right, right? Then again, I start not liking my eyes or nose. That's why I keep getting plastic surgery. For reference, I corrected my eyes after aso, and even after that, I had a little bit of a nose bridge, so I raised the tip of my nose very slightly (about 3mm) with septal cartilage. Because I hate lower officials, other places are annoying. I wanted to do more elsewhere, but at this point I decided to accept the reality and not do any more surgeries. And I'm pretty satisfied now Of course, I'm not an extremely handsome person now, but I think I'm above average, and I know and understand the reality that I can't become handsome even if I get plastic surgery here. lets think. It's true that plastic surgery can make you better, but not everyone can become overwhelmingly handsome through plastic surgery. If you fix your complex and go to normal or above average, it's good to be satisfied with your life. Of course, there are cases where there are people who get plastic surgery and become a jackpot. But usually in that case, it's when the face shape is good or something like that. Therefore, if it is not a case where you think you will be a jackpot just because you get plastic surgery, I hope you will finish it in the line of correcting your complex and develop your other abilities more. Whether it's doing a hobby or getting in shape. ③ If you are considering not only aso but also eye/nose surgery or contouring, you need to be careful about the order of surgery. I felt a lot that the stance of 'don't lie' was basic because the doctors were talking so openly. This patient has a bigger problem with his chin than his nose. However, this doctor didn't say, 'I have a problem with my chin, so I have to do it with the chin too,' and only did the nose surgery. What's wrong? The ratio of her nose to her lower crown is very important to be a handsome and beautiful woman, but now this doctor made only her nose pretty according to her face. Then I'm going to do lower tube surgery later? Then, it means that the ratio of the previously operated nose and the newly operated chin may not match , so there may be a big party. please!! certainly!!! To the doctor, since you will have other surgeries like this in the future, please consider them when you operate now. Were you talking about this together? Or receive them at the same time. lets think. you have a very long chin But the nose is very short. Then what will the doctor do? Will you lengthen your nose? Fit the face proportions now. So it looks pretty good right now. But in the end, it's not a good ratio, so you can't be handsome? If you want to be handsome, you have to match the ideal nose / ideal chin ratio after all. But later, if you go for chin surgery and reduce the length of your chin, this time, the nose from the previous surgery looks long, so the answer is no. So, when you do it together or have surgery, tell the teacher in advance that you will have surgery elsewhere.. ④ For a few days after the surgery, you will really regret it.. Hold on tight mentally. I can't sleep properly, I can't wash my face, I can't eat properly... the pain is really great. The surgical site does not throb. It doesn't hurt if you take painkillers.. But the pain of not being able to sleep properly is really big. Also, in my experience, it takes at least 5 days to lie down and sleep. Until then, it's really hard.. Of course, it's really hard for a month and a half after that ^^. Think about two or three months to get a little fat after surgery. ⑤ Don't do it anywhere else, but make sure to show off your feet here and there. Then ah then that doctor said something strange to me. I hope you go around selling your own products here and there and choose according to your convictions. For example, a famous dentist asked me to do three-jaw surgery, split the maxilla twice and split the mandible once, and so on. Of course, even if I did Western music, I would have died or something like that. It may have come out similar to what it is now, or it may have changed more dramatically. In terms of chin surgery, two jaws are almost a panacea. However, everyone thinks that double jaw surgery is easy and presents it as a solution.. It is a really big and dangerous surgery. Now that technology has developed, you can think that there is no such problem as people dying, but it is not such a problem. If you have a really big bone surgery like this, your quality of life will be greatly reduced for several months. Also, even if everything is restored, it will not be 100% the same. So, I think it's better to choose the smallest possible surgery if it can be solved. -------------- I don't regret doing aso. Even if I went back, I would have done it again. However, there are definitely small side effects. Everyone takes plastic surgery lightly, but once something goes wrong, we have to live with our bodies until we die. I can't change it. If you see people with serious side effects, it's really hard. i want to die What's the guarantee that we won't, that we can get away with it? They must have all thought that too. So I hope to find out as much as possible and get surgery. I wrote a post, so I'll come often for a week and give it to you if you leave a comment. Even after that, I stop by once every few months and reply to messages or comments, so if you have any questions, ask. Even if you don't get an answer right away, I'll give you a reply even if it's late~ Well then, good job everyone!
