[Protruding Mouth] If you have two jaws, your nose will naturally spread??

I had cosmetic two-jaw surgery in 2017 , and since it was a protruding mouth , I asked to make it into a perfect V-line while matching the upper and lower jawbones well, but the tip of the chin was made blunt... I regretted it. It's very high, and only the upper and lower oral structures are well matched. I ca n't do it again . By the way, when you have two jaws, does your nose spread????? My nose seems to be spreading more and more than my previous face . It's the 3rd nose surgery because my nose keeps spreading .
