Orthognathic surgery was performed at the largest university hospital in Korea. I did it not for cosmetic purposes, but because I had severe cleft lip and palate, but I thought I would die for two months after doing it, and the swelling seemed to last for almost a year. It's a major operation, so you have to think very carefully.
