Hello,
it has already been 6 months since I received double jaw surgery and contouring surgery (front jaw, square jaw) at Waigugang.
I have had malocclusion corrected since I was in the 4th grade of elementary school, and when I became a high school student, the dentist recommended that I get double jaw surgery after I became an adult, saying that there was no room for improvement through orthodontic treatment.
Even though I had orthodontic treatment for a long time, I was spending as much money as I could afford, my teeth were not aligned well, and my long face with a protruding chin was stressful...
So I chose YGugang among many hospitals. They only operate on one patient a day and guardians can watch the surgery from outside. I think it was very trustworthy that it existed. So on January 9th, the new year, I had double jaw surgery and two types of contouring surgery (square jaw, front jaw)!
The sensation I was most curious about was that
at the 3rd month, I felt a little less sensation had returned to the tip of my chin, and I was worried because the director said the bone had not completely healed yet, but now that 6 months have passed, I feel like the swelling has completely gone and the nerves are gone. I think everything came back without any problems.
I had a 6-month progress check with the director, and he told me that the surgery went well and that the bones were now completely healed.
When I compare pre-surgery and post-surgery photos, it seems like I've forgotten how I looked before the surgery to the point where I can't even remember. Maybe it's because
I've been eating whatever I want since the 3rd month, but my face now at 6 months looks better than my face at 3 months. I feel like I've become chubby. The director also asked me if I had gained some weight.
In fact, I gained weight because I ate so well. ㅜㅜ
I think the surgery went so well that my chewing problem disappeared and I found happiness in eating.
It's a shame because I ate so well, but I think I did a really good job with the double jaw surgery.!
In the future, I plan to receive correction well and think about when I will have pin removal surgery.
