Today I can't believe it's already been 6 months since surgery haha.
I was one of those people who really hated my appearance.
When I close my mouth, my lower teeth come out more, making me look like I have a protruding chin, so I always put pressure on my chin so that my lower teeth are behind my upper teeth. Even
when I take pictures, my face itself looks ugly because of my chin, so I always take pictures using an editing app, and if I have no choice but to have someone else take the picture, It has become a habit to take pictures with the lower part of the body covered.
Also, the profile is so, so, so ugly (ㅠ,.ㅠ) and
people always ask, “What?” I've heard countless times that the front view is pretty, but the side view is reversed...
Recently, I had transparent braces for double jaw correction after surgery, and I felt so comfortable that even with Invisalign on, you wouldn't even know I had surgery!
However, my upper and lower teeth are still in the process of being corrected, so I feel like I'm back to the early days of drinking, as all but the front teeth are floating.
I've re-ordered the New Care I stopped eating, and I mainly eat foods that I can chew without chewing as much as possible
. Since I use it, there are limitations, so I almost skip lunch.
In the first place, half of my teeth are protruding, which is normal, but since half of my lower teeth are protruding further, it seems like it takes a little more time to correct!

In my personal opinion, I recommend pre-surgery correction rather than post-surgery correction.
I expected a dramatic change after surgery, but it didn't work out as I wanted, and this tip makes it more difficult.
And I highly recommend Invisalign.
Actually, I heard that Invisalign delays correction a little, but still. I think the biggest advantage is that it's better than steel and can be put on and taken out hahaha.
It's good to clean every corner of your teeth, and I think the biggest advantage is that there are no restrictions on food. ^^
After the surgery, I saw my friends for the first time in a while, and they said a lot had changed, but they didn't know because it looked natural. I heard
that it went well, right? Haha,

I searched and contacted the hospital and realized that what I did was really nothing, and now I feel better and I am liberated.
I am just waiting for the correction to be completed.
It is now 6 months and I have no sensations or abnormal symptoms except for the roof of my mouth.
The condition was the same at 3 months.
I thought it would gradually get better, so I am waiting because the answer is always to wait.
In the past, I really hated people looking at me from the side or from the front, but now I don't care at all whether someone is looking at me or from the side. It's just amazing haha
I feel like my low self-esteem has gone up haha
