[Protruding Mouth] What I learned during rhinoplasty consultation

I'm currently undergoing full orthodontic treatment, but I'm using non-extraction orthodontic treatment because I'm afraid my mouth will look too recessed if I extract orthodontic teeth. Will there still be an improvement effect? Will correction make your philtrum longer? I look so ugly while wearing braces and my mouth sticks out too much. I'm going to a plastic surgery clinic and getting consultation for rhinoplasty - the doctor said my eyes and nose are like those of a celebrity - **But he said the problem is that my mouth is sticking out TT  Only my upper lip protrudes by 1mm T *** Orthodontic extraction It's very difficult to do - the lower lip is normal. ***I started non-extraction orthodontic treatment in March of this year, and I had a lot of interdental preparations only for the lower teeth. Should I switch to extraction orthodontic treatment instead of nose surgery?  Please give me some advice^^ *For your information, they say that the nose surgery will lower the tip of the nose as much as possible to adjust the angle due to the problem of protruding mouth.
