I had braces when I was in elementary school, but I didn't wear the retainer properly, so it was out of alignment. Now that I'm an adult, it's back to normal. I just don't put the retainer on and off, so it's slowly going out. It's been a while since I've worn the retainer, and it even hurts. I wear the retainer for so long.
