It's been 4 days since I contoured and I'm so hungry. The staff said I should eat a liquid diet without any ingredients for 2 weeks. What do you recommend? ㅜㅜ I'm so hungry that I keep feeling nauseous. Since when did you all eat regular food??! And contouring surgery was harder than I thought...

I ate soft tofu pudding, soymilk noodles... I've been eating noodles since the first week, but I just passed what went down my throat, gargled the rest, spit it out, and ate it like that haha.......ㅠㅠ This period is the most uncomfortable ㅠㅠ!!

I soaked castella in milk and ate it with a teaspoon, and it was pretty good. I also ate soft tofu Yoplait ice cream.

I use Yoplait, ice cream, New Care, etc. Anyway, if it's been less than a week since the surgery, even if I eat all the food in small pieces, I'm worried about it getting stuck in my mouth and it's uncomfortable, so I just stick with liquids without solid ingredients for a week ㅜㅜ I think I ate a lot of Twosome Icebox after 2 weeks. From the beginning, I cut up things like udon and ate them almost like I was swallowing them, and from the first month onwards, I ate almost anything I could, step by step. Now that it's been 6 months, there's nothing I can't eat. The stuffing in my mouth has gotten better over time, but I still feel like I'm getting fat in my mouth!
