Actually, I had a lot of worries before the surgery because it was a major surgery that touched my bones.

After my first surgery, I gargled and brushed my teeth really hard to make sure my mouth didn't become inflamed!
I held back on eating and only ate light, non-irritating foods.
I read that it could cause inflammation later on, so I was careful for a while even after removing the stitches in my mouth.
I also worked really hard on steaming and hot spots. I did it consistently for 3 months,
but there is a world of difference between doing it and not doing it. If you do this, the swelling will go down easily. The lumps are also relieved.
Please use the compress diligently. There are no lumps at the moment, I think? The swelling seems to have gone down, so
I'm not using any compresses and just massaging it with the high-frequency machine I have at home.
After the surgery, everyone around me only thought that I had lost weight.
I received a lot of compliments on how my face got smaller because they made it look natural and pretty without anyone even knowing I had surgery
. When I touched my chin after the surgery, I was very satisfied because there was no angular area and
it didn't look wide due to my square jaw.
At first, I didn't know if I would have contour surgery because it was such a big surgery, but
I wanted to get it done quickly because I thought it was better than being stressed like this.
Now that I think about it, I think it was a good thing I had it done when I was at least a year younger, and I really like it!!
