I had a very square jaw and the tip of the chin was long, so it looked like a
sloping jaw , so I was worried about whether or not I should double jaw, but I think the correction was completely done with the contour. Haha.
I had surgery like this: square jaw cortical osteotomy, chin tip rotation, and
masseter muscle resection. Now, when I look at it from the front and profile at 45 degrees, it looks great from any angle. I really like it.
