I have a flat chin. My lower jaw on one side was small and sunken, so I had fat grafting done on my small chin 15 years ago. However, the area seemed rather bulging, probably due to overgrowth of fat. So, I recently thought I should get rid of the bulge through liposuction, so I went to a plastic surgeon. The doctor there said that there was some fat, but that it was probably just chest fat. Anyway, after doing the liposuction + fat-dissolving injection, the overall volume has decreased, but what kind of nodule? Lump? The shape of the same thing looked oddly prominent. The overall size has been reduced, but I don't like seeing this. How do I deal with this? The plastic surgery clinic I went to said what to do with the incision...
