Ever since I was in high school, I had been worried about having a long face and big cheekbones. At the time, I just downloaded an app and took pictures of the
reviews and forgot about it. Then, as an adult, I found out about Sungyesa, and after looking into it really deeply, I finally decided to get surgery
. I looked up the reviews and
reviews of various hospitals, listed several hospitals, and eventually chose Soda Plastic Surgery.
The biggest reason was that I trusted the director when I consulted with him, and he was very good at identifying my needs.
On
the day of surgery
, before surgery . I consulted with the director again and came up with a detailed design.
Right after the surgery, I was in so much pain that I don't even remember, but to roughly write it down, first of all, my throat was so sore and I wanted to drink water. The side of my face where the bone was shaved also hurt, but my neck was the most painful and I kept feeling motion sick. I don't remember very well, but they gave me water roughly 4-6 hours later,
and when I drank it, I started coughing and became more nauseous. It was really hard, but the
nurse took great care of me, so I got through it. She was really kind.
1 to 3 days after surgery,
my face got bigger as the days went by. The nausea disappeared
on the first day, but the pain was so severe. My neck was bearable, but my jaw really hurt. I was planning to go for a walk, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. ㅠㅠ I had to take medicine, so I ground the porridge as finely as possible and ate the beef and vegetable
porridge. If I drink it as if I were drinking water,
it goes away easily. On the second day, the pain has reduced so much that I can go for a walk. It's not that it doesn't hurt, but is it bearable? But my face was very hot when I slept at night.
On the third day, it didn't hurt much, just a little. But I had a hard time because I kept coughing.
All I ate was pumpkin porridge and I drank an electrolyte drink.
It felt like I was really swollen from
the 1st week
until the 3rd day, but it stopped on the 4th day. The only thing that hurts is that my neck is a bit sore and uncomfortable.
A week after the surgery, I got all the stitches removed!
What I ate was porridge, castella, monchell, and milk. After eating, I gargled really hard.
It was
the 2nd week
and there was
no pain at all.
There was still a lot of swelling. I met a friend and he said it felt like he got hit in the face. Haha. There was a little yellow bruise around my eye. But if I wear a mask, I can do it everyday. I think I can live with it.
From this time on, I just ate whatever I wanted,
excluding anything that was too spicy, irritating, hard, or chewy.
As I went on for the third week
, I felt the swelling go down. Is the yellow bruise on the eye area visible if you look closely?
It is visible that the lower jaw has become shorter, and the U-shaped chin has also become slimmer!! From this point on, I felt like I was feeling the effects of the surgery, so
I continued to use warm compresses diligently.
It's been a month!!
I really felt it when I went from 3 weeks to 1 month.
Maybe it was because I was on my feet all day working from the 3rd week onwards, but it started to fade really quickly. The cheekbones are very visible, and the chin area seems to have definitely become shorter.
However, the square jaw area still seems to have more swelling than the other areas. I
don't think the only thing that's uncomfortable right now is not being able to open my mouth wide. It was really
hard at first, but the more I go, the more my face gets more puffy. I'm really happy now because I can see the skin fading
, but the swelling on both sides is going down at different speeds. My cheekbones have definitely receded and my chin seems to have gotten slimmer, which is great. My long-looking face also seems to have improved!!
If you are considering surgery, I hope my article will be helpful.
I must have worried a lot before actually doing it, but
it turned out so well. Now,
I hope you don’t stress about your face shape and live a completely happy life!!
