[Face Fat Grafting] Fat grafting removal

It's been 8 years since I had autologous fat transplantation, and as time goes by, wrinkles appear on my front cheeks... No matter how much I search, I don't think I've seen any successful cases of fat graft removal ㅜㅜ I also went to a hospital that melts fat with injections, but it's too expensive... and it may not melt . .. I'm thinking about it.. Is there a hospital that is good at removing foreign substances through injection or incision?
