It's already been 5 years. My bones have definitely shrunk, but my asymmetry hasn't improved much, and a lot of breast fat remains in my mouth. Follow-up care is important. And there's definitely sagging . I don't plan on continuing to take care of it, or even if I keep dieting, the fat on my face won't go away.
