[3 type of Contour] 2nd week

I've been going for 2 weeks now. The swelling is asymmetrical on both sides, but the big swelling is gone. But in the 1st week, the left end of the stitches in my mouth broke, so  I went to get the stitches removed in the 2nd week as they were open. I asked him to sew it up and he said he's gaining weight on his own, so please don't sew that part that widened a lot!!! nowhere to say The manager and the director are all taking a break? Haha So I left it open and came home with only the right thread (local 3) . After untying the thread, what is this? There is also a hole in the upper left cheek. When I press the cheek, it makes a gurgling sound.. Blood flows through that hole.. It even makes a clicking sound when I press the lower jaw . He said he would make an appointment for next week, the earliest .
