[Forehead] Forehead lift is not effective

I had my first forehead lift surgery as soon as I turned 20 and it didn't work, so I got AS at the same hospital, but it still didn't work. Is there anyone like me who didn't see any results at all? In this case, can I get a refund? I'm trying to get a reoperation at another hospital, but it's so expensive that it's a financial burden and I feel like the time I wasted is a waste . .
