[3 type of Contour] Management of sagging after cheekbones square chin..

After contouring (cheekbones, square jaw) surgery 2 years ago, I am worried about sagging under the cheekbones and sagging cheeks, but the skeleton is definitely reduced and it gives a softer impression when taking pictures, but the overall face is sagging and looking older, which is stressful (mid 30s) ㅜㅜㅜ What kind of procedures do you manage after contouring??
