[@Daom] I had a 4mm reduction and they say it would take close to 2 months to open my mouth without any discomfort, but it wasn't so difficult that I couldn't live my life after the surgery!

First of all, you said that the nose jowl was not related to the incision line, so when you pursed your upper lip after surgery, it pulled a little and the nose jowl became lower? He said it can be seen as such! However, by my standards, there is no such thing as a disappearance of nose jowl fat. I think it would be a good idea to ask the hospital for more details!
