Deep fat removal + Accusculpt + fat grafting

It's been almost 2 years since I had the surgery, and it's the most satisfying surgery I've ever had. I was worried that my skin would sag, but that wasn't the case at all. They said that anatomically it's impossible . I don't have sagging cheeks... I've heard people say that my face is smaller after getting my cheekbones removed .
