I was wondering when it would be a month since I had 3 types of contouring surgery (cheekbones + square + front chin) last December, but it's already been a month and I'm posting my review. Now that it's more comfortable, I'm definitely getting less money than before. It hasn't been that long yet, so the final face hasn't been revealed, but I didn't expect a very dramatic change in the first place for the purpose of improving my complex. I wanted a quick recovery and an improved image (rounder + younger looking) without any side effects, and I am satisfied with the results of the surgery that are close to this. do. 1. Previous face shape: A long face with no flesh, a weak peanut shape + a heavy face shape at the bottom. It wasn't very lumpy, but it wasn't smooth and looked old. I've had this complex for over 10 years, but I was scared to touch the bones, and in the beginning, facial bone surgery wasn't as common as it is now, so I tried Botox and meridians, but none of them worked, so I chose surgery. So far, I have spent more than two types of contouring on the meridians. If you do it at the hospital where the event is held, it costs about 3 types... But it's temporary, and the meridians don't touch the bones, but mainly affect the muscles, flesh, and swelling, so the facial fat is gradually disappearing, the skin seems to be getting thinner, and the bones are actually damaged. I don't like it because it stands out. As I got older, I thought that rubbing my skin would accelerate skin aging, so I thought it would be better to just have surgery. Botox also caused puffiness in my cheeks, which made me look lifeless. Those who have a large face due to fat, muscle, swelling, etc. will see a lot of results from meridians or Botox, but those who have a large face due to bone may not see much of an effect. I hope you don't waste your money like I did. When I think about it now, I regret that it would have been better to have surgery first and spend the money I previously spent on lifting. 2. After looking into the shape of my face after surgery, I wanted to have a natural line, so I went to consultations with doctors who are famous for natural lines, except for the first doll line hospital I went to. I thought I only needed a chin for my face, but all the hospitals recommended 3 types. I was told that the two hospitals that provide conservative consultations should either have a clown or not, so I thought about it and ended up doing 3 types, and I am satisfied with the end result. After looking at before and after photos and CT photos, I went to the person who I thought best suited what I was pursuing, and the results came out naturally. A friend of mine who has seen me since kindergarten says that your face looks like it has returned to the shape it had when you were younger. There is still some candy swelling on my cheeks and chin, but I am 100% satisfied! It's not like this, but it's still a lot better than my previous face. I took a selfie with my bare face before going into surgery, and compared to that, it looks better now with the swelling. For comparison, take many selfies from various angles with the basic camera before surgery. The CT scan I saw at the hospital was clear, and there was an originally asymmetrical area, which wasn't 100% resolved, but I think they tried to trim it to fit it well. The cheekbones are not 1-inch (I think there is a limit to this because it depends a lot on the individual's temple spacing, head shape, and back cheekbones), but the side and front widths are quite narrow, making the face look smaller, and part of the 45-light beam and the front light are left behind, making it look more three-dimensional. I am satisfied. When the swelling first went down, my eyes looked bigger as if I had had epicanthoplasty, but I don't know if this was an optical illusion or what. I have a long face, so I was worried that if I cut it all off, it would look like a cucumber, but fortunately I don't have that feeling. I asked to leave a square space, 1 to 1.5 cm? I think you left it behind. When I first swollen it, I was frustrated because it didn't look like there was an angle, but now that the swelling went down, I'm satisfied with the angle and line. The front chin felt long and wide, but the width and length were reduced well without breaking the proportions. I wanted a luxurious feel, so I asked to have it rounded before the surgery because I didn't want a pointy chin, but I was a little disappointed when they did it that way. In hindsight, I thought I should have brought a picture of exactly what line I wanted. There are limits to expressing it in words, and I think I myself lacked a sense of what was a doll and what was nature. After the surgery, I got greedy and felt like it was a waste of money and time. I thought about whether I should have just asked for a doll line on the front chin, but I also thought that if it was sharp, I would just be concerned about it. It's not that I don't like it now, but in the long run, I think I'll like this chin more. I want to go back and forth haha. I wish I had multiple faces so I could try them all and choose. Friends I met within a month had different reactions. Some asked me what I did, some asked me if I lost weight, some didn't say anything (I was surprised at how many people there were). ), etc., so I felt that other people didn't know about the angles of my face more than I thought. 3. Swelling & skin elasticity and sagging After 15 days, I felt like the swelling was just acceptable, so I walked around everywhere without wearing a mask... Photos When I look at it, I feel like I had a lot of courage. After 3 weeks, most of the major swelling has gone down except for candy swelling and mouth swelling. The swelling is different in the morning and evening, and the swelling is different every day. If I eat something salty, it swells again the next day, and the swelling goes down randomly. There are days when I like my face and days when I don't, and it seems different every time I look in the mirror. Walking also seems to have an effect on minor swelling. About a week after the surgery, I had a double chin or chin swelling under my front chin, so I wondered if my chin was already sagging, but it was swelling. Now that it's been a month, my double chin is almost gone and I can see my jaw line when I look at it from the side. But when I look at it from the front, it looks kind of dull, maybe because of the candy puffs. My nasolabial folds and bulldog cheeks feel a little more noticeable than before the surgery. I'm at an age where aging has already started and it's because of the swelling. I was worried that my skin was expanding and then shrinking, so I focused on the sagging every day and looked at it from all angles, so it might feel that way... but on days when the swelling was reduced by receiving radiofrequency treatment or taking a hard walk, I didn't feel that way. I think it will lessen once the candy swelling goes down, but sensitive bosses like me may feel a little stressed. 4. Sensation, scars, and side effects All sensation in my face has now returned. The center of my lips is still tingling, but the tingling area is getting smaller. I'm not sure about the sideburn incision area because some scabs have fallen off and some have not fallen off yet. There are a lot of fine hairs so it's hard to see. I bought it to apply Dermatix Ultra once the scabs fall off. I didn't look at the incisions inside my mouth because I was scared at first because it bled when the stitches were removed. I turned it over around the end of a month, and it was all glued together well, so I couldn't tell where the incision was exactly, but it seemed to be tied up well. However, there is no feeling that the cheek incision area is open, but the inside of the mouth is still a little swollen and it does not feel completely comfortable. Fortunately, there are no side effects so far, but we need to be careful and keep watching. 5. Meal and exercise I eat everything except things that are too hard or chewy or that cause trouble when chewing. I lost 4 kg after contouring, but then gained 3 kg again. Looking at it, I can see that the weight is sagging. I need to eat less, but my appetite, which I had been suppressing for over 2 weeks without eating well, exploded... I started exercising other than walking in the 4th week, and before, when I did power walking, I felt like my facial bones or muscles were shaking, but after about a month. I think it's fixed to some extent, but I still have to be careful for the next 3 months. What I've felt after a month is that it's not an easy surgery, but if the complex part is definitely due to the bone, there is satisfaction after the surgery, and considering elasticity and recovery, I should have done it when I was at least one or two years younger. There is a bit of regret. However, you should not make a hasty decision, but you should look into the side effects and sagging that will come afterward, and make a choice when you clearly have a lot to gain and lose. Also, about the various side effects of the hospital, use cafes, Seongyesa, Ochat, etc. for 6 months. I recommend looking into it for about a year. Everyone, please take good care of yourself and those who have had surgery will recover well together!
