It's been 3 months, so I'll write a review.
Day 2 - Sleeping was the hardest ㅠ My throat was also swollen, so it was hard to swallow water. After a day, the sensation in my lips came back a little. Even when the cup touched my lips, I could feel the cup touching my lips and drinking water. The hospital took good care of me before I was discharged, so I was discharged safely. After I was discharged, I went for a light walk and continued to use ice packs at home.
Day 3 - My jawline felt cold and I thought it would swell more tomorrow, so I slept while using ice packs. When I woke up in the morning and looked in the mirror, I thought how pretty I had to be to be this swollen. Since I was putting strong pressure on my jawline, my jaw felt very tight and my lower lip naturally protruded more, so I put Vaseline on it because it was dry!
Day 4 - I was more swollen on the 4th day and my cheekbones were swollen, so it was hard. I had bruises on both sides of my eyes and couldn't open them at all. I desperately wanted time to go by quickly, but I wondered if the swelling wasn't going down because I didn't go for a walk. ㅠ
Day 5 - I felt like the swelling had gone down a bit. My mouth wouldn't open, so in my case, I carefully drank only pumpkin juice and water.
Day 6 - When I woke up in the morning, I felt the same as on Day 5, and the swelling hadn't gone down. After going to the hospital and removing the bandage, I felt better.
Day 7 - I could feel the swelling going down gradually. I could brush my teeth and chew more comfortably. My cheek felt like I
was biting into a candy. My lower lip and chin were numb. One month - The swelling went down a lot, and I could see that my face shape was noticeably prettier than before! Still, my cheek felt swollen, and the feeling in my right cheekbone and temple area, which had been numb before, hadn't returned, but I don't regret having the surgery. ㅎ
After the surgery, when I couldn't open my mouth, I felt that my lips were turned to one side, so I told the director, and he reassured me that he would carefully monitor my progress and that I didn't have to worry when I returned. As the director said, after a month of surgery, things have improved a lot.
When I put on makeup, I can feel a little pain when I tap the surgical site, but I can feel that it's gradually getting better.
Other than these minor pains, I was satisfied from the first month!
I can pull
off any hairstyle, and I don't mind the wind blowing. It feels like even the wind is blowing to make me stand out. 3 months - My face shape has noticeably changed, so I can freely do whatever I want without covering my chin and cheekbones. As time goes by, my contours are more prominent, and I'm having happy days!
I think the sensation in my chin and cheekbones and the pain from opening my mouth have almost gone away.
Compared to before, there is a little discomfort, but compared to right after the surgery, it's very comfortable!
When I used to tap my face with a puff when putting on makeup, it hurt so I did it gently, but now I can do it with a popping effect, so I'm happy.
It's only been 3 months, so I guess we'll have to wait and see how long it takes, right? ㅋ
