One week after surgery! After a long year of annual leave, I went to work today.
There is still a lot of swelling left to just open and work, so I'm going to work wearing a mask!
Currently, to reduce swelling, I consistently take a walk for about 1 to 1 hour and 30 minutes after lunch and in the evening, and I
also purchase pumpkin juice and drink 2 sachets each!
And I use heat packs frequently (but now that I go to work, I can only use heat packs after work.) As for
melasma, I wore them 24 hours a day for 3 days from the surgery date as instructed by the hospital, and
after that, I wore them 2 or 3 times a day. (After wearing it for 1 hour and resting for 2-3 hours).
I will talk about reducing the shape and length of the chin in a review in a month :) I
hope the review will be helpful to members preparing for surgery such as chin tip and contouring.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment and we will check and answer.
Thanks for reading.
Wow~~~
It looks like the chin has definitely gotten shorter.
Right now, the swelling is very severe, but it seems that the surgery went well.
I'm feeling stuffy right now because my swelling hasn't gone down, but if I endure it for a month, I think the convex lower chin will stick to it.
Take care of yourself~~~
