Cheekbone surgery week 8

It's been 1 month and 10 days since the surgery, and the swelling hasn't gone down.. When I took the picture, my face looks too big. I don't have a small face to begin with, but I expected a small face when I got cheekbones done, but the swelling hasn't gone down so much. The swelling is even.. I think it was fat grafting~ One side . The swelling has been very heavy since the first day. When I smile, my nasolabial folds don't appear and they are so heavy that the dimples on both sides also go up. It seems to be improving very slightly... And when I wake up, I feel the swelling in my cheekbones. Is this a sign that the swelling is going down? . That's right~ The spiciness has become even spicier.
