When I was 21, I had surgery to cut the sideburns and reduce the side cheekbones. I am now 26. Because I'm not the type with really big cheekbones to begin with. There is no big effect. Just a little bit of a clown? But it's not noticeable enough that no one would know I've done it... haha. But if you look closely now, the right side of your face seems to be slightly saggy. Since you're still young, it's not noticeable, but there are some wrinkles only on the right side of your arm. Other people won't notice them when you see them, but when I see them, they're not noticeable. You can tell it's been sagging. There were no significant side effects. Not recommended unless you are very serious!
