3-year review of cheekbone reduction

I decided to have cheekbone surgery because my left cheekbones were developing side cheekbones and my right cheekbones were developing, and I am very satisfied because my appearance complex was resolved. I also asked the doctor to make it look natural rather than having a very obvious reduction effect. However, since the past week, I have been feeling a muscle tension or a nerve in the right cheek area under my eye... That's right. Maybe it's because the right side has a bigger reduction effect than the left... I hope it's not a big deal, but I'm not sure if this is a common symptom.
