Day 5 ~ I went to the hospital on the exact date the hospital told me to, got the injection, and was excited to hear that I could eat, so I ate slowly. There is no pain at all when chewing. It's just that I eat very slowly. There was swelling on the left and right lower jaw and under the chin, but now the swelling on the left and right has gone down, but the swelling under the chin is still there. I had my stitches removed on March 10th (it hurt quite a bit when I removed the stitches...) and now I can brush my teeth. I'm not eating any good food to get rid of the swelling, and I'm just eating like I normally do haha. If you want to get rid of the swelling as quickly as possible, please let others know. I hope you eat these recommended good foods and get rid of the swelling quickly. I heard that walking is good for swelling, so I'm thinking of walking for about 30 minutes to an hour a day.
