Clown 4th year

It's been 4 years since I got a cheekbone lift at Jㅇㅇㄱ Plastic Surgery Clinicㅠ Um, they said they'd fix it without screws, so I got it done, and it seems to have turned out well naturally, but my cheeks sagging inevitably came quicklyㅠ I originally had some fat on my face, and there's no nonunion, but if you look at the side of my cheekbone, there's a sunken cheekbone, and the 45-degree cheekbone was sorted out, but the side cheekbone remains the same. Was it because I didn't fix it?ㅠ Anyway, my cheeks sagging for 4 years, but all I did was get two contour injections, and that was it, but I'm more worried these days. They said that deep cheek fat removal was good right after, but it sagged more after a year, and AccuSculpt has a lot of side effectsㅠ My mouth sags like a bulldog's butㅠ The only thing I'm thankful for is that I didn't get jaw surgery. The hospital recommended jaw surgery at the time, but I didn't get it. Since my chin supports it, it looks okay because only the cheek fat is sagging. How do you take care of yourself after jaw surgery? Has anyone tried Accusculpt?ㅠㅠ
