Review of quick clown + 45 degree shaving

It's only been a month now . I'm a college student, so when I first tried the surgery, I was very worried that the swelling wouldn't go away until the class started . It's been a month now, and I can feel the side cheekbones have definitely decreased.. But the 45 degree shaving side has hardened the skin (say it's called "breast fat?)" .? Even my friends don't know if they had plastic surgery, but they said that her face changed a bit... hahaha...
