6 years ago, I had a complex because I had 3 types of contouring and my cheekbone asymmetry became more prominent.
Contouring surgery was painful and the recovery period was long,
so I thought a lot about it, but then I made up my mind and had cheekbone surgery again at Samsao.
This is a review of the 3rd week, currently 2 weeks later.
The reason I decided on Samsao... I
looked into hospitals that met three conditions: 1. safety, 2. a hospital that pursues a natural line, and 3. the director's experience.
Samsao was just that kind of hospital, and
the director was a specialist at Seoul National University Hospital, so it was quite impressive. I was attracted to it...
I felt like they would take the functional aspects into consideration when performing the surgery and
do it safely without overdoing it. Anyway, after much consideration,
I am so satisfied with the results of the surgery that I wonder why I did it now haha!!
Before, I was busy covering my cheekbones with my hair on the side, but
now I just tuck my hair behind my ears. VV

Day 1 of the recovery process (surgery day)
As soon as I woke up from the anesthesia, I was in so much pain. I think that day was the peak of the pain??
However, perhaps because of the anesthesia, I was sleepy even while I was in pain.
On the first day, I was constantly sleeping and waking up, but the grogginess passed quickly.
On days 2 to 7,
the pain was reduced by half compared to the day of surgery on the 2nd day, and
there was no pain from the 3rd day. ..LOL
When I had contouring surgery 6 years ago, it hurt for almost a whole week ㅠ...
The swelling also went down after maxing out on the 3rd to 4th day.
1st to 3rd week (current)
Hmm....it disappeared until the 2nd week. The difficult thing is....not being able to brush my teeth...lol
Other than that, there was no pain or difficulty.
I was full of worries before the surgery because I thought the pain I knew was scarier, but recovery is fast and
the swelling is going down well... I often think that I should have done this a long time ago.
As for liquid diet, I took turns taking New Care, protein drinks, and Ottogi cream soup, and
from the first week onwards, I ate soft tofu, water dumplings, noodles... I think I ate everything...
shy.... Of course, without masticating exercises. I just cut it into small pieces with scissors so I could swallow it.
I'm looking forward to a natural change as the swelling goes down further.
I'll write another review when the swelling goes down further (__)~!
