저는 "이ㄴ성형외과의원" 에서 눈밑재배치 수술 이후 부작용이 발생하였습니다.

이후 병원에 수술 결과에 대해 이의제기를 한적없으며 A/S, 치료, 원장님 경과를 지속적으로 요청하였습니다.

그러나 원장님 경과를 잡기 정말 힘들고.. ; 시간이 지나야지 호전된다는 답변뿐이 였으며

8-9개월만에 원장님 경과를 볼 수 있었습니다. (그 전까지는 상담실장, 안내데스크 전화로만 커뮤니케이션이 됩니다. 전화를 하면 카톡으로 사진을 보내주시면 사진보고 현 증세에 대해 상세히 답변 주겠다라는 이야기를 계속합니다.)

경과를 보고 이해되지 않는 답변들로 보호자 경과를 요청하니

보호자와 경과보는 것은 의료법 위반이라며 당당하게 허위안내를 여러차례 하였습니다.
