[3 type of Contour] 8 years since contour surgery

It's been 8 years since I had contouring, and I still haven't had any major discomfort. I went to a consultation because the chin surgery was a little asymmetrical, and they said they would pay a million won more and have it trimmed . But now, I don't have the courage of someone in my 20s to have another mouth incision, so I'm not doing it. Now that I'm in my early 30s, I'm starting to get saggy cheeks/bulldogs. I feel like I need to lift them with laser treatment or do home care every year. Still, I have a lot of complexes about my cheekbones, so I think it's better than not having them done at all. As I get older and the sagging gets worse, I think I'll have to get a lift or something.
